Video Editing

Hello. I am looking for a video editing software that will zoom and tilt a photo, for example, when I zoom in to a child’s face. It is very endearing when it can tilt and zoom at the same time. I used to use ProShow Gold but it is no longer supported. Also I am now using a Mac and that software was never available for the Mac computers. I’ve tried Premier Pro but like Photoshop it is very powerful and complex. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

Any reason why you can't use ProShow? I have it and still use it from time to time.

I've had good results with Cyberlink PowerDirector. It is fairly easy to learn and has many useful features. It includes many transitions and motions to allow you to zoom in/out/tilt and pretty much whatever you need. The website includes free member-developed start pages and other goodies. I have an older version downloaded to my PC. I think the latest version is web-based with a monthly subscription. DVD versions might be available.

I use a combination of Photoshop and DaVinci 16 between the two they cover all the bases. One thing in photoshop make sure if you are removing dust spots make it a smart object so it makes the correction on everything. The color correction is easier in photoshop adobe camera raw. I use Davinci for stabilization and a few other things. Still learning DaVinci. Results from the two were good enough to get my videos accepted to Adobe Stock, Shutter Stock and Dreams Time. Good luck Johnny

ProShow is not available on a Mac otherwise I would use it. I used to have a Windows computer but it’s 10 years old now and I don’t want to buy another one because I prefer the Macs for photography.
