Fresh snow on a sunny day...
you may need your Polaroids!
From the raw data I seem to have been close to the DR of the sensor - clearly the 8-bit jpeg has trouble with this, but overexposure and under-exposure are less than 1% based on Raw Digger info for the captures using the Samyang 14mm lens.
The shots off-axis from the Sun were not showing any over or under-exposure.
Post-processed in ON1 (Sony-supplied software does not have spot remover, and a couple of spots showing on the sensor at this aperture setting).
Approximate ƒ numbers since I wasn't keeping notes and the adapter couples to the Mamiya without moving the aperture ring.
All ISO 100 1/400 to 1/640s this info will be showing in the EXIFs, but not the lens or aperture data because of the "dumb" lenses and adapters.
The tracks in the snow seemed to have been caused by a rabbit.

A great series of shots ourspolair! You nailed the snow exposure in every one. Not easy for mortals :}
My favorite is #5 for the foreground detail.
