The first is a vertical pan of vertical paneling, the second is a long exposure while wiggling the camera (kinda reminds me of when I've had one too many)

p.7 Experiment. You would want a tight small aperture so you have max time to zoom. Shutter is longer - most of mine are 1/20th or less
