He obviously lacks common sense and never took a motorcycle safety course, or he'd know not to ride with bare legs and flip-flops. Even on a scooter. At least he had a helmet.

Seriously? It's so obvious she's sitting on the scooter leaning forward and he's standing (on the ground) on the far side just leaning on the seat.

Looks like 2 people to me. Good legs for a man and they do not look to be in line. Plus such a difficult pose on a bike if it were real...

Actually, I don't see it as an optical illusion. I was looking for an illusion, and I forced one. It's just a guy behind the bike and a tattooed girl sitting on it.
EDIT: "If you see two people..." Of course there are two people there. If you think that tattooed "thing" is the guy's left leg, then his left calf is extremely thin. Is he wearing those tiny shorts?
