Is anyone out there using this combination lense and camera with a Fotga Lens Mount Adapter for Minolta MD MC Mount Lens to Micro Four Thirds (M4/3 / MFT) Mount Camera Olympus?
I have a Nikon lense in mind on Ebay but don't want to go ahead with the purchase until I know for sure that it will work on My EM10 Mark II. Anyone's help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance ! RJW

This is a vintage lens that will only work with manual aperture setting and manual focus.

I've used that lens a lot. Except it was on a Nikon F. How well it will work on any other camera would just be guessing on my part.

I use an Olympus adapter for my film Olympus lenses. They only work with Aperture Mode and manual focus, but it gives me a 90mm f2 macro lens (the main film lens I use on my E-M1mkII). If the adapter is made correctly, it should allow for you to use the lens on your Olympus camera.

Thanks for the tip. I also use vintage OM lenses and also Vivitar and Pentax Super Takumar and have adapters for them. I have never used Canon or Nikkon and don't know anyone who does so just wanted to make sure the lens performance was good on Nikkor lenses as well!

Thanks Bob, I'm assuming you like the lens. I've looked at images on Flickr and they look great! RJW

I decided not to do this afterall. Took a different route that took the complications out of it. Thanks for everyone's contributions and ideas. RJW

I use Nikon adapters (one for older F AI/AI.s lenses and one that works the aperture on my G lenses) and one for my Minolta stuff. All work fine. All are Fotasy brand. On Lumix and OM-D camera bodies.
~ I find using adapted Zooms to be a pain in the A$$, so I use mainly primes - so much easier.

Just making a statement at this point since you've solved your riddle.....
