Since the input to my last post was positive, here are a few more of the session I had with Samantha on 15th December.
These were taken using the "kit" FE 28-60mm lens. I was trying out the "eye focus" setting, some shots taken as quickly as the studio flash would bear. Generally got over 90% success rate with the eyes being in focus. Very happy with the A7c focusing. The previous post was shot with the Mamiya lens, were manually focused and I had not yet started to use the focus magnifier, so they were a bit softer...
Light cropping & pp in ON1.

They should be there now...
Again, very nice work. I really like the lighting in the first one.

Thank you kindly, Bob. I was only giving the model minimal direction, so there was lots of variety in her placement.
Thanks for looking in and for the positive vibes.
Many thanks for the thumbs-ups.
Like the set. Like you let her be "crazy" with her hair in 3 &4 smiling

Since most of my photography is for my own use, I prefer to give minimal direction to the model, and maintain eye contact as much as possible. Most models respond well to this and assume more natural poses. Works for me - and you it seems! Thanks for the positive input.
