That is one of the great reasons for having a great lens on your camera........you can catch the emotion of the surfer's face which adds another level to the photos. Thanks Moondoggie.

Hello Brent. I have been a member for about 1 1/2 years now and I want to thank you for all of the photos you have photos you have posted in that time. Your formulas seem to work quite well for you. I do have a question. Many of the shots appear to be taken from an elevated position. Are you on a pier or do you a drone at times? Oh, and btw, my name is Chris and I am in WV, so there's no opportunity for such shots around here!
