Bridge & CC2021 Problems

Yesterday I updated Lightroom, Bridge, and Photoshop CC2021. Today I can't get into Bridge using my shortcut. I also tried using the Start Menu and still nothing. I checked Creative Cloud Desktop and it says Up to date, but upon clicking Open, still, nothing happens. What should I try next?

In CC, when I open a photo, I'd like it to fill the screen. I still like to use CS5 & CS6 and the way they work on my PC is that when I hit Ctrl 1 the photo fills the screen. On CC when I hit Ctrl 1 it only fills about 2/3 of the screen so I have to pull it down. Any suggestions here?

Before and after you did the update did you run the "house keeping" apps to get rid of junk files, fragments and registry errors?
There is a good chance some old fragments of code are blocking the new version from opening.
Also do not shut down and turn back on - do a "restart". A shut down leaves some caches etc. for a faster start up. Restart actually shuts everything down, flushes caches and restarts from the beginning. If you didn't clean the files or do a restart the machine may still be trying to open the old version which isn't really valid anymore since the update replaced a lot of stuff.
I do this kind of stuff at least once a week, usually when I am listening to the news or music and don't really have anything to do on my computer.

Thanks Bob, the restart worked. Does someone have an answer for me on filling the screen with an image in CC2021?
