Thank you very much, Joe. I hadn't paid much attention to B&W until I joined the forum and saw some really good examples and understood better it's merits.

#1 just jumps out at me - really like it. The others are quite interesting, but I might suggest a touch more contrast or structure in the building pictures. I feel the images could use a bit more detail in the light/dark realm.

Thank you very much, Tommy. I did do a little dodging on boathouse photo. Will look a bit closer at the others. Appreciate your input!

Thanks for commenting, Jascott. Actually it was under construction at the park next to the marina boat ramp. By the end of the summer it was clear this project was going nowhere, and he was told to remove it. A farmer offered him a spot at his place and moved it. Then the guy left town. He had drifted into town in the spring, seemed to live off handouts, and left shortly after the boat was moved. Doubt it would have floated anyway.
