Ok so there are so many times Im driving down the road and wish I had my camera. I have always heard its not good to leave it in the car due to weather changes and moisture. Does anyone have their camera in their car, and is it ok to do this?
Thanks

Yes, always. It's the cellphone in my pocket.
I keep a Ricoh GR under the armrest. Even when the car (2018 Jeep Compass) is really hot that compartment doesn't get hot.

Usually, The inside of a Vehicle, with the Windows closed, become very Hot, especially in summer Heat, and in Tropical climates, Like Florida, Humidity can be very high. Both are Not acceptable to Photography Cameras & Lens. If you must leave in Vehicle, Carry a Styrofoam Cooler with Ice Packs, wrap Camera & Lens, preferably with Protective Caps on Both Camera & Lens in cloth Towels, keep separate from Ice Packs. Never allow equipment to be affected by Moisture.
