How to participate in photo challenge

Does anybody know if there is a tutorial somewhere that shows how to post a photo please ? I would really like to join a photo challenge but i don't see any link to submit an image.

I’m not a regular so there may be a better way but this is how I’ve done it. Below the post outlining the challenge click on the “reply” button. Type any text I might want want in the box. Below that box click “choose file.” From what pops up I choose “photo library.” That brings up the photos and I click the one I want. Next check “store original” then click “add attachment” and finally “send.” Hope that helps!
