Oh, if only I had some $$! My 9000 has died for the second time, and I've been forced to move on from my Win 7 machine. They don't work with Win 10 (to my knowledge).
I'd buy it for $100.00

Get real. Selling on eBay for hundreds.
You have a superb slide scanner there. Several years ago I bought (on E-bay) a Minolta 5400 DPI slide scanner to scan some 7000 35 mm slides I had. It gave me phenomenal quality digitals, automatically checking every one for focus before scanning. I have saved an old 24" iMac running Snow Leopard just to operate this scanner with the Minolta software program.
Someone with lots of slides, who has a penchant for quality reproduction, should not miss the opportunity to snap up your Nikon scanner.

I just sold my Pacific Image Powerslide 5000 for $499 + S&H on EBay.
I was the original owner of this as an open-box item on E-Bay 3 years prior, used on 200 slides, then in the closet.
I see you reported the item as Sold: I hope you received a fair price.
