It's getting closer and closer to Christmas so I thought it would be a good idea to show off our Christmas ornaments and decorations.

Here are a couple to get us started. Can't wait to see your photos.

Thanks for the challenge, and hosting another one, Lorima. Like your hair do. Reminds me of my return from my first TDY to Viet Nam. Dee was sure I wouldn't notice she had changed her hair color. It wasn't quite platinum, but it was quite noticeably different from when I left 3 months earlier. She met me at the airport in Omaha and was surprised that the first words out of my mouth were, "you've changed your hair". Anyway your kickoff decorations are beautiful.

These are from the past years as we have really toned down our decorating this year.

Cici liked dozing among Dee's seasonal pillows.

Some from my kitchen - the apron was my mother in law's, we have lights in every window of the house, the mason jars are quite old as are the feed sacks on the wall. The bottles were found on the property and the candle hand towels have been in the family for years. My curtain holders are bent spoons.

Some of you know I collect handblown glass ornaments. We bought our first one, the Christmas we were engaged (Christmas '69) and I've bought one for Jim every year since. Here are some.
