I'd like to hear critique of this photo. I like but maybe because it holds a nice memory -or maybe it's a good photo. What do you think. If it's a bomb, you can say that. Thanks

I find it interesting. I also find it more graphic than photographic. Thus, the location isn't nearly as important as its visual appeal and it does have that. It would certainly look grand as a large framed print hanging on a wall.

It's pretty neat! Like Bob's comment, it seems more like a graphic than a photo. Could be like a banner / logo of a website.
A few ways we can tell it's a photo, and areas to rework, are:
1) There are a few dust spots to clone away:
a) At the very center along the top horizon of the canyon and sky.
b) On the lower center-left, in the canyon foreground, about 8 o-clock below the center spot at 'a'.
c) Two very light spots just below the canyon horizon / rim on the upper left near the left margin of the image.
2) The colors of both the bright and dark / shadows are great. Since there's hardly any details in the shadows, consider if a bit more of smoothing will address the 'texture' of the digital noise in the shadows.

Thank you. I worked this in lightroom before I learned about that little tool the shows all the dust spots. I'll work in your suggestions.

What I like is that it is an excellent example of aerial perspective. What I don't like is that it has been cropped so severely. I would like to see the shot pre crop.

Excellent image with well defined sequential lightening of tonality of sequentially revealed distances.
A definite candidate for serious matting and framing!
