Now that I have let’s get Free Sunday started. You know I must have had too much Free time on my hands. I just couldn’t stop rounding up round things. Great challenge sakitson, thanks. Loved all the monochromes, too Pat, thanks. So that you know there is no subject matter to the Free Sunday but I have to tell you I have a few left overs.

Nice one Larry like the tennis balls

Christmas came a bit early this week as the first appliance replacement arrived in our ongoing kitchen refresh project. The delivery guys were both from the Dominican Republic with limited English but were very professional and very nice. The microwave showed up at Lowes yesterday (Chuck will install it tomorrow) and the range won't be here for several months due to complications brought on by that pesky Virus. The old refrigerator was picked up yesterday by a family from Sarah's homeschool group which sure beat carting it off to a landfill.

Nice way of recording the event Sue. Like your fridge, ours doesn't have the middle draw, the new ones are a beast. Love the shot of Dougal!!

First pictures with my new lens (Nikon 70-200 f2.8 E) an early Christmas present to myself.
I was hoping for a chance at some action shots to see just how fast this lens will lock focus. but the only thing I saw was a squirrel, and he was too fast for me. I'll keep trying, maybe someday

Nice set cmc like that 1st shot.

I'm envious - I'd like to get a 70-200 for my Z6 but it's waaay too pricey - I'll be saving for almost a year for it! Beautiful first shots!

I'm liking the middle drawer - also, there is a secondary door on the right side for frequently used items - both are energy savers since the whole unit doesn't have to be opened. I'm not crazy about the in-the-door water and ice - I preferred the ice bin in the old fridge where I could quickly scoop out ice, plus, the sink is only a couple steps away and I can fill three glasses with water in the time it takes to do one from the fridge (we have spring water so there's no problem with water quality from the tap). But all in all, I'm very pleased with this new unit.

This A.M. here's what was waiting for me just a few feet from the sun room....

See if you can find 2 in the sea of red!

If you look close you'll see robins grabbing burning bush berries-probably on their way to warmer states!

Good work series, Sue. Your new friends from the DR look to be in good shape. Liking their use of the rough terrain “dolly straps”👌👍👍👍
