Hi,
I’m a new kid on the bloc. I started taking pictures in late fifties and my first camera was a Lubitel, followed by one Zorki. Most of you probably haven’t heard about those brands, but behind the Iron Curtain only those Russian cameras were available.
Lately I’m a Canon fan and I have one EOS 70D and one EOS 6D Mark II. A few months ago I also purchased one EOS RP, but I’m to old to try the mirrorless cameras and I try to sell it.
My favorite themes are nature, travel and my two grandsons Peter (11) and Philip (8).
Welcome to the forum. I have a EOS R and I use the 6D now for backup. Mirrorless is easy enough to use. Never too old to learn. Think positive!!!
Welcome to the Hog, Rick, enjoy.

Welcome to UHH.
You should have hung on to that Lubitel and Zorki! Lubitels are affordable collectibles these days. Zorkis can be pretty pricey, depending on particular models.

Unfortunately both the Lubitel and Zorki are gone for a long time. Like many of the old Russian products those cameras were very reliable and robust.
