Photoshop Minimize-Maximize button Question

I did an update of my Photoshop application this week. When I open PS and then want to minimize the screen to another application, the +, _ and X that are normally in the upper right corner on my monitor do not show.

I have tried to find the key strokes needed to get that portion of the toolbar back, but haven't found it yet. Does anyone have a quick suggestion/fix for me.

If you opened the PS app with the new update and opened a RAW file you will need to close the RAW part first. Other than that the buttons you are used to having are still there.

You might try the ESC key in case you are in full screen view. The other thing to try is ctrl - (minus) a couple of times until the window controls come into view, in case the window is larger than the screen.

Left click and hold in the menu bar. Then drag to the left. You might have to click, hold, and drag a couple of times. For some reason, every time I update, Photoshop reverts to a monster screen and the maximize/minimize buttons are way over to the right.
