Another post here on the Hog has a lovely shot of the range called "Florida" south of Deming, NM.
https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-671084-3.html#11690797I, too, have a shot of that range I'd like to share. Mine dates several summers back to a time I was researching possible stops along the route to the Grand Canyon. My school sponsored a week long trip for students in grades 7-10 that included 6 nights of camping, and two days in the Canyon, and this was my excuse to explore...
No clouds, but a fun early morning shot of the Florida Range.

Just be sure to recognize that Florida in New Mexico is pronounced Flor-EDA.
A beautiful photo, sharp and distinct features. Well done.

Great panorama, beautifully rendered with a morning star to boot! Excellent image. Please stay well and keep on sharing the great work.
Well done, just curious have you tried a pano using portrait?
I lived in Deming for 6 years. The picture had to have been taken within a mile or two from where I lived. Can anyone see the alligator in the picture?

I think I can, face is just left of center with the tail section going out to the left.

The only experience with Deming that I have had was a few years back when six of us went to a bomb school eighty miles away. We stayed in Deming and drove to the school every day and one day during training we bussed to Socorro and, amongst other things, blew up a Ford into little bitty pieces. One of the best schools I ever took!
A very fine panorama! (I didn't see an alligator, but there is a house in the distance.)
