Panasonic Lumix FZ1000--$390

I bought this as a Christmas present to myself. Thought I would want to use a bridge camera on some trips instead of carrying my DSLR. Obviously, not many trips during 2020, and have decided to sell it. Picture of Osprey and baby taken June, 2020, with this camera. (Disclaimer, I added the sky.) Great camera in excellent condition, just not for me.

Included is a charger, battery, lens hood, basic owners manual, neck strap, Pro Optic 62mm filter kit, Optics Care Cleaning Kit; and a 260 page additional users manual (very user friendly) by Graham Houghton (which has some highlighted areas).

Thanks for looking,

Tony

I have had this exact model for three years and have taken it to Italy, Canada and many places in the U.S. prior to the COVID-19 restrictions on travel. It has worked flawlessly and the Leica lens is unsurpassed. Your price is excellent, mine was on sale at $699, marked down from $799 in 2017 at B and H. If anyone is interested in a bridge camera, you can pay more, but I really don't think you can find a better bridge camera, especially in your new reduced price range of $399.

Have you tried the Photo Stacking feature? I teach 7th and 8th graders photo stacking and it would be a good camera for them.

Arca, thank you for your post on this camera. It is a great camera. However, this is the first generation which retails for $500. I believe the MAIN difference between this and the second gen is that this does not have a touch screen.
