I'm not sure I understand what you mean by stock photography. If you are talking about wedding photography I haven't shot one in many years. I don't think could do a decent job now.

ie shutter stock where you supply the photos and people view and buy.

I tried posting to Dreamtime sometime back - very picky as to what gets approved/accepted. Be prepared to submit lots of images, adhere to their requirements concerning copyrighted material, or perhaps potential copyrighted material, noise & artifact levels, and keyword extensively.

If you get lots accepted, you may make a little money, but it may be too much work for the payback.

Hello Pistenbroke the problem with Photostock is the amount of time you'll spend submitting and the rejections. If your photo is accepted they only pay $.10 +/- per photo.
I bought a catalog, Photographer's Market, that list just about every source for selling you Photos. Check it out, it might be worth your effort.

I posted about 1,000 pics to 8 microstock sites. It has taken probably over 100 hours I have grossed about $140 over the last year. You wont get rich on it but it could pay for a lens. I get a kick out of selling online but most of my money comes from selling photography services, not stock photos.

You should check out the big guys - Shutterstock, Getty Images, etc. - to see what types of images they're looking for. They will pay the most for your efforts.
