Saw this today on a YouTube video. Gave it a try. Very simple to do. See if you like it and if so do one and share your results.

The train I shot in Dallas. The background I shot in Colorado. Blended together. Did the above sketch then added the frame in Topaz.
Previously posted in full color some time ago.

Might try something with more color in the main subject. I think that would get better attention 👀
