Hannah (in) Montana, here. I've called this beautiful state home for almost two years now. Moving here has re-awakened the photo beast inside of me. I have a lot to learn yet and welcome feedback on my photos! Here are a few of my favorites lately:

Thanks for the welcome. That is Mystic Lake near Roscoe/Fishtail, MT. You reach the lake/dam after a 2.75ish mile hike with 1,300 ft elevation gain.

All good photos but the Grizzly and the Elk are really nice! I think we are about to learn something from the newbie! Welcome to the friendliest (Sometimes) photo forum on the web!

He actually killed that elk a couple of days prior to this photo and was guarding it from another grizzly. The other bear came too close not long before we showed up and this one lunged at him. Pretty cool stuff.
