Drops of water

Haveago Loc: Swindon, Wiltshire. UK.
 
Nikon D5300 on manual, tripod, Sigma 105 Macro lens, water droplet on a leaf, tiny single sun starburst, remote shutter release.
Dandelion clock, water sprayed for refraction the rest as above.
One drop for refraction rest the same.

Very nicely done. Re Image # 1, how many mm's in diameter was the water droplet? What surface is it sitting on? How did you manage to keep the shape of the water droplet round and not flatten out on whatever surface it is sitting on? Did you have to add something to the water to increase surfaction so the droplet could keep its shape? Did you use a syringe and needle to create this single droplet?

Hi NMY thanks for yr questions. Just to let you (& others) know I will get round to answering yr questions. We just got hm after a week camping so will be sorting out our motorhome first, photography second I’m afraid. πŸ™„πŸ™‚
