I'm Will in MKE, started with a Nikon EM shooting Fuji 400 and Tri X pan B&W as a part time news photog.
Learned a lot from that photo editor, the first lesson was " shoot a whole roll if you need to, you can't go back in time to get a picture!" I was away from shooting for 20 years (work, family, etc.)
I'm back in the fold with another Nikon and 'shooting a whole roll for 1 shot' is a whole lot easier.
Still working out all of the options on the Nikon, but the array is amazing compared to the old EM.
