Late summer flowers, a sign that fall is just around the corner.
I,don't know what the last one is, it always shows up in the garden, seems to only grow where the ground has been disturbed.

Some weeds have got the prettiest flora. Nicely captured, cmc๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘

Boating all week long has been a whole lot of fun, thanks leslie, your challenge drew a lot of good posts. Well here we are back to the Free Sunday bit again. If you havenโ€™t been here before it is an opportunity to bring anything you would like to share with us, be it some recent shot you want to post, some new trick you learned in post processing, or any left overs from previous challenges you didnโ€™t get posted. Whatever it may be provided it is family friendly we would love for you to share here.
When we moved into this house I added a couple of Texas Sage bushes that have grown too tall for where I placed them. A little trimming job when fall gets here. I had read or heard that the Texas sage would forecast rain is coming.. well, Thursday coming home from the grocery store I noticed they were in full bloom. You know what, that afternoon and evening we got 2 3/8 inches in my gage. Took all these with iphone 2 days later after a lot of the blossoms have fallen off.

Hi and thanks, Larry. Have grandsons today - just got skunked at checkers and have only time to post a few from last week. Hope to return later. Took a little hike in the woods with the kids last week.

After the hike, my grandson wanted me to see this spot - a beautiful old cemetery on the side of a hill overlooking the White Mountains. And one last one from a wooded path. Fall is coming - or maybe it's here.

Thats a nice area to live in. Your pictures make me want to walk there. In a month or so I take myself out for all the fall foliage I can get.
