i found these in the same stem as the last eggs i posted.so small i missed them when i shot the others.these were just above the white eggs
I’m sure they’re very good when poached 😛
Good shots! Whose are they???
Thanks
Don't know ... Could they be glandular projections of the plant itself? Look like they are part of the plant. Interesting to see if something comes out! Very nice photos. And very good observation.

could be? maybe someone will know,or time will tell
Not eggs. The "Botanist-wife", as I call my better half sometimes, says they look like modified hairs. These can have an oil, or something sticky. Probably defensive. If so, you would see them on this kind of plant very regularly. But I like-a-mystery!🙂

i believe you,but i doubt you would see them without some magnification.so only a Botanist,or his wife would see them regularly

If this is the norm, then you should see it in multiple locations on the plant.
I have never seen an egg like this before but that means nothing.
Closest is Lacewings which are on the end of a long stem to help survival.
Maybe there are some pertinent questions to ask:
1st, "What is the Plant we are dealing with?"
2nd, "Is this normal for that species?"
3rd, "Is this parasitic?"
4th, "Let's all watch and see what comes out!"
