I took this pic at 100 iso, 7 minutes exposure, f16. The lighting turned green and I suppose it was because of the type of lights they were. Anyway, any suggestions is appreciated.

I calculated the exposure by first taking a shot at 1600 ISO, f5.6 for 30 sec. I reduced the ISO to 100 which is 4 stops, so I multiplied the 30 sec by 4. Then went to f16 which is 3 more stops and multiplied 2 min. by 3. and then added one minute for good measure. I don't know if this is scientific or not but it seems to work.
