I love the dandelion head. Hawk looks like a Northern Harrier.
Great perspective... clarity is amazing in all of them, too!

Wow to that first one of the dandelion--how did you get that texture? Was the wind blowing it around? Did you zoom during exposure? Great result, just don't know how to get it myself.
Joe

The 1st one is like an optical illusion on my eyes.Cool effects on 1 and 3
Joe the dandelion was taken in my yard I guess the weed lost it's color, it was amazing to me, never saw anything like it. There was no wind And I used a tripod, I guess I was just lucky. the hawke was shot when I was olaying golf, it is a Red Tail bird, we have many here in Lancaster. I always carry my Cannon Power Shot 10MP A650IS. The boy was running in and out of the ringed spray, I like that shot shows a happy young man enjoying himself. Thanks for all you comments.
Dasboat, I love the cool effect on the dandelion myself, when it lost it's color it looked so amazing, I did some photoshop on it, it made the photo pop. The boy in the sprinkler was a straight shot, waited for the right moment to shoot it, made several shots this one was best. Thanks for you comment, makes me feel I have done something to please someone.
Love the Dandelion photo!!!!
All beautiful. Since I do a lot of bird shots, the hawk is really appealing to me, it's called a Red Tailed Hawk?
I don't think I've seen one before. Beautiful!
yes very nice ,, super cool ,, good job , i hope i can get to this level (im new). tnx for sharing .
Great photos! I never would have thought to point the cam at a dandelion. I may have to try this - remind me next spring, will you? :P
I love the hawk. I find them on telephone poles all the time, but they fly away when I get close enough for pics. I'll have to watch for them on the ground, too.
