Looking over old images from 2018, I found these 18 handheld images of the Oceano Sand Dunes that I never processed. Stitched together in Lightroom, sent to Photoshop for a color boost with Topaz Adjust, back to Lightroom for sky replacement in Luminar 4.
Luminar readjust any sky image you choose to cover the entire image, and in this case, without any distortion.
The image is very Larry of Arabia.

Interesting picture. Too dark for my taste. I do not know what the original panorama looked like but I wonder if you could not have done everything in Lightroom.

I could, but then I would not have been able to blend the Topaz Adjust effects with the original image by adjusting the opacity to achieve the degree of modification I was looking for.
I do use Luminar as a plugin within Lightroom, but only after saving a virtual copy before proceeding.
Here's the pano SOOC after stitching.

Thanks for posting. Where did the clouds come from? I cannot really tell if you could have gotten the final result just in LR. I guess I have been luckier than you.

I have a large cloud/sky library for insertions. I used Luminar 4 to insert the sky.

Certainly cannot do that in LR, yet.
Until I saw the two people upper right, I was aggreeing with the Larry reference... perhaps you should clone them out if you want to make it look more desert-like?
