This is a tiny moth that was on the side of the house under the porch light as I let the dogs out to do their final business before bedtime. I have no idea of what species it is and it is about the size of a pinky fingernail. I brought it in and staged it for a focus stacking session.
I'm always fascinated by a moths eyes for they have a marbling effect to them. I also enjoy seeing their scales which are very feather like.

Nice work again. It still amazes me just how tiny some moths are while still retaining their aerobatic skills and beautiful designs.
Of course I went straight to the DDL. Love the eyes and scales but the antennae were quite interesting. Perfect lighting. Kind of mysterious looking.
