I seem to be getting quite a few predator wildlife - we have bird feeders and squirrel feeders - I guess we have set up a buffet of sorts.

Juvenile hawk ID is tough. That's a Red-shouldered hawk. Your feeder birds are safe, the squirrels, not so much.
