My neighbor is from Brazil. She planted this cashew tree from a seed about 3 years ago.
She gave me one last week. The fruit below the nut is very juicy.

I gather it is edible as well as the nut❓❓🤔. Does it have a familiar taste I might recognize. Never realized it might be a 2 in 1 crop.

p.5 Have never ever seen a cashew - other than a shelled one.
