I shot this in my mother's backyard in the shade handheld
My camera is Nikon D3300
Iso 800
I don't REMBER the shutter speed or aperature
My lens was Sigma 150mm macro
Edited in photoshop
I'll post the shutter speed and aperature later after I look it up in my computer
Ok so I was wrong about the iso so here are my settings for this flower
Nlkon D3300
Iso 400
f/3.5
1/200

I say Perfect!! I have that D3300 also and do like it. Although, I am a Canon shooter🙂
Just my own personal opinion. I tend not to like flower pictures where petals are cut off.
That is what critiques are, is peoples personal opinions. So thank you for your opinion, I do appreciate it!! I use to get so mad when someone said something I didn't like. Now I know better, that if Ididn't want to read it, I should not have posted it lol!!!

I concur. This is a technically acceptable image, but IMO composition would be improved had petals not been amputated.

I'm with this school of thought. I also get cranky when I see aircraft shots cropped too tight, clipping wings etc. That said its a lovely image anyway.
