Until recently, I had the basic desk-top version of Photoshop; then, I got a message saying that an update to Photoshop 2020 was available, so perhaps without thinking clearly, I "updated" to Photoshop 2020. Now, the Canon Print Studio Pro plug-in, which I had in the previous version for use with a Canon Pro 100 printer, is missing. When I attempted to open the Canon Print Studio Pro app, I got a message to the effect that I did not have a version of Photoshop that was "supported" by that app/plug-in. I think I have seen some discussion about a possible "work around" or "fix" that would allow the plug-in to continue to be used with Photoshop 2020, but cannot seem to find it now. Can anyone help, please?

Simply reinstall it. I would get the latest version from Canon and then reinstall it. In fact, I just noticed that it's missing on my laptop computer. So I'll do it now.

Just so you know, I just tried this and it didn't work on my laptop. When I get back to my other home next month I'll see if my desktop computer has the same issue. It's been a while since I've used my Canon printer.
Please let us know if you find a solution to the problem. You may want to call Canon. 1-800-OKCANON
Thanks for your quick replies. I was just about to let you know that I had no luck trying to "reinstall" the Canon Print Studio Pro plug-in either. After awhile, I may try giving a call to Canon as you suggested.
Best regards,

I am having the same problem, Print Studio Pro is in Lightroom Classic.
I have contacted Adobe absolutely no help from them, then I contacted Canon support no help from them either!
I have downloaded all the latest updates from Canon and the PSP plugin.
This is rally frustrating. I have given up on it now.
If someone on the forum can help I would really appreciate it.
I am using print studio pro almost every day now it took me a month to use it the way I was used to on my older printer . I only print from Photoshop CS6 I do not use lightroom the printer driver is really overly complicated than the previous driver . I do not use the simple PRINT function that most use . I print from the more professional version File/export/IPF8300 which is my older printer which was downloaded and made for that printer . My new printer is the PRO4000 that printer driver pathway Photoshop is CS6 File/Automate/Canon Print Studio Pro this I may be able to help you with I print canvases with return wraps so I can't have these altered in any way so hence the way I print...let me know your problems maybe I can help...I just fired up lightroom it is too simple of a pathway for me it won't even begin to give me a way to professionally print not enough options so i can't help you with lightroom..
