This is the compound eye of the moth that I posted yesterday. I staged this session using a 10X Infinite microscope objective using a Raynox DCR-150 as the tube lens in a "short focus" technique using both a bellows and an extension tube to create the resulting level of magnification.

Thanks, Brenda. I have accumulated bits of gear that I piece together in different ways for trial and error experiments. Of course some of them work out and some do not. At times I feel like an old kid playing with his Erector Set that he got for Christmas.
