yes and the next pic is a Golden Tortoise Beetle,it was so shiny and pure gold color but my flash made a lot of brown color

In regard to the change of colour, I shot a Golden beetle last year (not a tortoise one) and had the same colour problem and thought it was the reflection of leaves etc. but I later read that they can change from the gold colour when disturbed. Apparently, Golden Tortoise Beetles do this as well when disturbed so maybe it wasn't just your flash. There are a few Youtube videos on this phenomenon.
