I had a WSJ subscription for several years - then they really angered me and I left them - never looked back.
My subscription was on auto pay with my CC. One morning I didn't get my my paper & called to notify the WSJ. Their response "Your subscription has expired." What??? A week or two later my CC got a refund from the WSJ for the unexpired portion of my subscription.
I figured any news organization with that poor control on their own customers has no business reporting on business.
Facinating story.. I assume the cruise lines own his previous photos so he can’t utilize them in the creation of future calendars, books etc.
