Bad Break! They have only one! I'm looking for a pair to give to twins.

This is an unused camera, and it's the last one made of a twenty-camera run from 1966. Still, that price seems a bit high.

This reminds me of the Carroll Shelby Cobra. In order to race, he had to have a certain number of cars, but they didn't have to be assembled. I think this was back around 1966. A few years ago, he decided to assemble cars from all the parts they had made. Then he sold brand new 1966 Shelby Cobras, with the money going to the American Heart Association.

I found a fairly ordinary Nikon lens last week at $9,495. I was quite amused when I got a message from eBay noting that an item I'd looked at had been reduced by $9,400.95.

But I still didn't buy it. Who needs that kind of deflation?

Judging by what two others sold for, it looks like a good investment. You aren't buying a camera, you are buying history. I wouldn't be surprised if it sold for 600,000 in the not to distant future.

Not so far fetched as it may seem …. 65 of these were produced.

Sounds like a fire sale price considering other previous sales of same camera.
Gonna start a syndicate and sell maybe 800% of the base to finance the purchase. Great investment opportunity.
Please send me $50,000 in cash to purchase your membership.
Address to follow.

Interesting to read that the original owner was from Sudbrooke. When I'm not in lockdown in Melbourne I live about 15 miles from Sudbrooke in Lincolnshire. What an amazing story and a beautiful camera.

If it's never been used, why does the exposure count show 19? Better knock 10% off the price.

I have one and have been thinking about selling it. Mine has the lens and the case. the only problem is that some of the coating on the body is pealing off. you can buy new material for about $75.00.
If interested let me know and I will send pictures. Make me an offer i can't refuse.
I just checked mine out and it is a M2 not a 3
