Love taking bird photos! Here are two from yesterday when a pair of Eastern Bluebirds were checking out the bird house I put up for Bluebirds (hopefully). Last week I saw a Chickadee checking it out but never saw it take up residence. So yesterday the Bluebirds were in and out of it and then a pair of Chickadees started harassing the Bluebirds! They must have put a deposit on it and had not moved in yet? It was quite entertaining to say the least. And I was glad to have set my Sony A6500 to burst mode! Camera Sony A6500 aperture priority, min shutter speed set to 1/1/000 Auto ISO (10,000 actual). No noise reduction applied yet. Lens was Sony FE 200-600G which works out to a 300-600mm on the A6500. Love this lens for birding!

Took these yesterday. We have bluebirds all year long.Rarely do they perch on this whirlygig let alone face the correct way.
