Hmmmm. I remember the Biltmore House as being a tad bigger. Nice shot of the blooms.

Good morning. Your photo has potential. Its strong composition and content compel the eye. The field of flowers presents well. You offered your work with no discussion of it. I suppose you seek feedback. So I took the liberty of doing some simple adjustment of it.

I cropped your photo to make its composition tighter, leaving all the compositional elements, especially the layering effect, in place. This cropping brings the building closer to the viewer. I bumped up the mid-tones to bring out more detail and information. I also opened the shadows to show more of the exposure. The photo became brighter, more in tune with the daytime sky, for a more natural look. The sky needs work to regain a semblance of naturalness in that area. I left the simplicity of the photo intact.

This photo deserves more development to maximize its visual impact.

Keep up the good work.
