You can use flash? Seems like that would be annoying if not potentially dangerous as a flash can be temporarily blinding.

Here in Las Vegas we can use flash. Generally I don't use it for action plays. I use the 70-200 2.8 with a D500, iso high about 6000-8000 and shoot tight as possible.
