One problem, though. I kept going back in my mind's eye to the film segment in which one of the James Bond chasers falls into the snow channel right before the rotary plow. The harder I pushed that memory out, the quicker it jumped back in.

I auditioned for the stuntman in that movie. I didn't get the part because they said I was too flaky. I think my agent was giving me a snowjob. With more training I got my career back on track.

Each locomotive had its own engineer and fireman and likely many more persons who wanted to watch the plow in operation. Sadly, I was not one of them.
In the first part of the video, you can clearly hear the locomotives slipping as they try and push the plow through the snow. I read where there are places they will be plowing where the snow is 5 feet deep.
