Douglas Tharp Loc: Texas

Hi, may name is Douglas and have watching this group for a longtime. I was a Nikon shooter, but the weight of the equipment was hard on my back. Don’t get me wrong the D500 was a great camera.

So I changed to Olympus. Great system.

All so a film shooter, can’t believe $13.95 for development only of B&W 35mm 36 exposure.

And, 1/2 gal. of whole milk, even at Walmart, is $2.18. In 1957, 36 exposure film was $1.15 or $9.74 in 2014 dollars. It's a matter of inflation. It's all relative. However, wages for the average person, have not kept pace. Therefore, it is more expensive for most.
