Does anyone know what app this pic was made with? I believe it was taken with a Samsung cell phone. Thank you.

Maybe with an app, but possibly with Photoshop or similar. It's called multiplicity.

The phone itself may have a mode to do this.

Thank you for your reply. I took this with a friends Samsung which had the setting on it but I haven’t been able to find it again. Perhaps the Samsung people would know. Thanks again!

A relative had a Samsung phone which had this feature.

Fell on an escalator, got chewed up by the machine... no more.

Looks like a very sloppy composite. I think using an app to remove backgrounds from multiple images and then compositing them would yield much better result.

Plant your camera on a tripod, have someone do acrobatics or just move from place to place and snap, snap, snap. Combine the photos in Photoshop. One can also do the same on a busy background, say you want to to shoot a landmark but there are a few people milling around, taking several photos from the tripod will enable you to remove the people without having to clone in missing parts when you remove the unwanted folks.
