I just received a pair Of these Binoculars..Quite well built with really nice optics!..Has anyone found/made a"cure" for the cheap lens-caps that come with these binoculars?..I lined the inner surface of the eye-piece caps with the soft side of a couple of small strips of velcro..And that seems to work so far..BUT the front large glasses are another issue. I'm thinking maybe a couple of tethered "cap-keepers", but I'm not sure the adhesive small circle will actually stay on the front of these cap-keepers..Maybe a spot of epoxy on each??.. Looking for any and all possible solutions..TIA Pahtspix

How about a pair of flip-open style lens caps for rifle scopes?

Works absulolutely perfectly for a monocular, so a pair might work for you. They are available in many sizes.

Thank YOU so much "alexol"..I just placed an order on an eBay vendor for a pair of 51mm(2") flip-up lenscaps actually made for rifle scopes at $12 for the pair with free shipping!!! They should slide right onto the Nikon Prostaff3S objectives! I don't think I would have thought of that!!

"Keepers" are a good idea. "Free" caps tend to run away and hide.

You might also want to consider this....

I love mine! It protects the entire bino.
