For years, I have been getting the daily updates for the sections that I subscribed. For the past week or so, these updates have not been coming. Is this happening to everyone?
I checked my profile, and all seems good, also checked my spam and trash folders but there was nothing there.

Now that you mention it.....I am not receiving it either.
Can't tell when was the last one, as I delete them. But there aren't any of them in the trash so I think at least 30 days may be?

Perhaps you got put in jail because one of your UHH mails--any of them, responses or whatever--wound up in spam. That gets your mail suspended, though you can still log in. If that might be the case, just ask admin. for reinstatement after ten days. Send a personal message. That happens to me every so often. I solved the problem by registering a second email address. That way I keep on getting the digest at the second email even though my primary address is suspended until I ask for reinstatement. I’d be surprised if that’s not your problem.

I stopped getting the email updates a long time ago. They were just filling up my inbox anyway. I don't really care, since I sign on regularly.

All UHH e-mail to @optonline.net and several related domains is being silently dropped by that e-mail provider. It started a few days ago. You might want to contact their customer service and ask them to look into it.

There isn't much I can do from my end. Unlike other e-mail providers these guys don't actually have a forward-facing postmaster contact page. So no way for me to reach out to them.

But as their customer/user, you might have a way to reach their customer service.

I am having the same problem with Optimum. I have been calling their customer service for two days and not getting anywhere, except for the runaround.

I can get on UHH and login, but not getting any emails of any type, digest or forum replies.

I have been getting all my other emails at optonline. And actually received an UHH update yesterday, however it came in a day late.
