Several people wanted to know how my picture did at the photography show. There were 22 people that entered the show with a total of 80 pictures. There were 2 Honorable Mention + the Winner in 2 categories. First category was for a project grouping with a purpose. Second was for best picture. The first picture here shows my entries. I was fairly sure my project wasn't going to get anything and I was correct. People here wanted to know if you rose and candle picture would take a ribbon and it did not. My picture of the plain white sheet of paper did win an Honorable Mention ribbon. I posted this picture some time ago on the UHH.
The show is held in Granbury Tx. Our pictures will be on display till Feb 1st.

Her is the first place grouping. I thought is was and outstanding group the first time I saw it.

Thank you Kathy. Several people have come up to me asking how the paper was done.
The winner is a strong grouping it jumps out at you. When I first saw it I only wondered if the sky was just to blue. She won so guess not.

Thanks Bev. I think I got the ribbon because the judges were puzzled and impressed on how the shot was set up The pictures are on display till March 1st. Will see if any of them sell.

Thank you Carol. The Calla Lilly flower is my favorite. I took it off our living room wall for the show. I didn't realize how often I looked up at the picture till its gone.
