I hadn't heard about the marines. How tragic is that. GOD bless all those families also. Our brave and wonderful service men and women give so much and receive so little. We should all be so very grateful for what they do for all of our freedoms we have. Thanks

What 30 Marines kill in Iraq? Are you writing about the marines who had problems after the rock attack in Iraq. You known who in the White House cove it up.

I think it is a real story, but not recent, from early 2003 or 2005, 30 or 31 killed when troop transport went down over there (not shot down), at least that is what I found searching for it. The latest from Iraq is multiple head trauma/brain trauma from the rocket attack by the Iranians after we bombed their general, at the airfield in Baghdad. Some treated in Europe, some flown here.

There were others that were killed in the crash and some were probably more important than Kobe. Maybe not as famous but more important.
