Makes one think doesn’t it? Many ideas came to mind but for me it would probably be my dad. He passed away at a time when the two of us were not seeing eye to eye! We never had the chance to “talk it out”.

My father. Interesting how our "heroes" are easily forgotten
when you are confronted with such a question...
First thought was my father, Then I read Jerry's choice of his younger self, so I changed my answer to that.
Would I give my self a good "Talking too" or would I say, "Good job son" so I changed my answer back to my dad!
My younger self too, and tell myself what stocks to invest in, etc

My beloved wife, she's been gone 3 years and I still long for her.
My mother. She passed away way to soon.

Jesus first mt dad second
my younger self, I would tell him what mistakes I'd made and hopefully how to avoid them, but my Dad would be a very close second, and my Mum a third, apologising to them both for all the grief I gave them over the years

I'd say my father, but if the chat had any chance of redeeming past tragedy, my dad would skip his turn and send others to the bench, namely a couple of former students of mine that took their own lives as teens.
