You can see the light pollution along the coast from San Francisco to San Diego.
And even Lake Tahoe!

I see Orion all the time.
I can't image it, or anything else, but I can see it.

Incredible!!! Just thinking about how this nebula is 1000 light years away. Some think closer to 1500 light years. And it is at least 100 light years across. And from our distance, it is 2.5 degrees in length.

I just wonder how many stars could be formed from this mass of hydrogen?
